I have decided to start a thread of articles written for Houston first time home buyers. I hope to have a comprehensive list that entails everything from mortgage education to the home inspection process. Anyone and everyone that has a good article covering a topic that would be important for a first time home buyer please feel free to post them in this thread. Please remember that it is very important for me to make sure that this forum stays clean of spam so I will be checking the articles that get posted here for link spam.

I thought people might like having a quick link to great first time home buyer videos. So, I included a thread on the forum for these and hope that other spend the time to add to them. I have added code to the forum so that any youtube or google video url can be pasted into a thread and it will automatically convert it to an embedded video. You should try it out and tell me what you think.

I have also decided that I am going to add a link back to the Houston real estate forum home page on all of my future posts to assit in the easy of navigation of the forums. Here is a thread that contains commonly asked questions by first time home buyers. I believe that thread has a great deal of useful information.
