Default Real Estate Investing

Hi,

I am planning to invest in residential real estate. Can anyone suggest me real good properties in and around Houston. My budget is around 150k.

Thanks,

I would suggest you that Real estate investment can be attractive if viewed as a business opportunity; it can generate rental income, using it as collateral to secure a loan for a business venture, to offset otherwise taxable income through cash savings on tax-deductible interest rate losses, or simply from the profits garnered from its resale. Miami Beach real estate is the best value in the United States now.

Can you give me a little more information as to what you are looking for in paticular. Like what is your investment strategy? Do you intend to buy and hold or are you looking to flip? You can check out the link below if you would like to do a home search via bank foreclosures or pre-foreclosures.

real estate investment is risky thing.I prefer you should talk to some expert first.
How ever your choice of investment is also an important factor.Don't deceive by others .Its a real rule for this business.
