I really do not like those billboards and feel that they are a distraction from what is bueatiful about Houston. Many just see all the billboards along the freeways and assume that all of Houston looks like that.

Had to agree with you that billboards are ugly but I think they are great advertising medium. I guess we just have to control the numbers.

I need to agree with you people as you have got the right info regarding the top 10 real-estate investiment cities. I can say that due to fall of the markets globally there is an decrease in prices in most of the major cities, know every one is looking for the alternate cities for investiments. Soon, this places are goign tobe much costly then before.

What? Thoran, your post makes little to no sense. Please take the time to further articulate yourself.

Thank you for sharing.....I agree with you.
Real Estate Investment is now treated as a major case of capital budgeting by using state-of-the-art investment analysis which incorporates
the future stream of income it may generate and the associated risk adjustments. Miami Beach real estate is the best value in the United States now.Investment theorists extended techniques such as probability, time value of money and utility into its analysis.

I didn't know Texas real estate was doing so well, compared to the rest of the country.
I'm rather biased in favor of Austin real estate myself, because I think it's culturally much richer than Houston, but I have a rental agreement here in Houston on a property I like a lot.
Anyway thanks for sharing the list!
