Default Corpus Christi - for the sports enthusiast!

Known as that "Tennis Town of Texas" with some of the finest tennis courts in the country, and have seven exceptional golf courses available for the golf enthusiast, Corpus Christi is made for the sportsman in you.

What are the other attractions of living here?

Corpus Christi has a population of over 300,000 and thus considered a metropolitan area. However, the local atmosphere has remained that of a cozy, comfortable, hometown. All this combined with warm air and sea breezes makes Corpus Christi an ideal place to set up home.

As a tennis, beach, and warm-weather enthusiast, you've succeeded in making me want to live there. Of course, I move every 3 months, so this is not hard to do, but still.
Texas real estate is a different sort of beast than elsewhere in the coutry, in some ways easier and in others harder. How's the rental market in Corpus Christi? Is it easy to find a cheap rental agreement there, or is it more investor- and landlord-friendly?
Always looking for new markets to invest in.
Cheers,
