Default I want to buy a house in Houston.
How much commission I am supposed to pay to my agent?

Someone told me that the seller pays the commission to the buyer's agent as well as the seller's agent. Is that correct?

The seller pays the commision to the Broker. The Broker will keep a portion pay the buyers agent a portion and pay the sellers agent a portion.

You will be have to pay a down payment, bank fees and closing costs.
