Default Most expensive real estate

Which part in America has the most expensive real estate? Is it New York or Beverly Hills?

I've hard that New York real estate is the most expensive because there is very little land to go around, but I may be wrong.

Actually it all depends on what you are looking for and whether you are a great bargain hunter. Most major cities will have higher real estate prices because of scarcity.

That's very true, but New york, san fransisco are expensive because of being over crowded.

Hi SuzyQ,

Now there no part of America is expensive since the rates are tumbling down each passing day.

Thanks,

Where do you get your information Aaron? Many parts of this country are seeing values increase. Maybe you should do a little more research.

Hi james,

I should have said the rates are coming down in most places than all places. If you can tell some places where there is an increase compared to last year it would be fine.

Thanks,
