Default Fence in my yard

My neighbor is disputing his land and my land's boundaries, and he is building his fence a long what I consider my land. Can I get a court order to stop him or is there a less harsher method. No, he won't listen to reason.

Can your neighbor read the blue prints well? If not, then the onus is on him. You could take him to court or get someone in the area that he trusts to mutually survey the land and show him. Agree before hand that if he is wrong then he covers the cost.
