Super built-up area is your usable space (carpet area) plus your percentage of onwership to items such as parking lot, garden area, and elevators. These terms are usually only used when discussing lofts and these terms tend to be used more frequently in the Northeast.

I thought that built-Up area is the area of the apartment/building including the area of the walls.

The built-up area along with the area under common spaces like lobby, lifts, stairs, gymnasium, garden and swimming pool is called super built-up area. The area of the apartment that does not include the area of the wall.
