The Federal Reserve Banks have established Foreclosure Resource Centers to help address local and regional challenges in their mortgage markets and local communities. The map below links to these regional foreclosure centers, where you’ll find resources for small municipalities, housing counselors, and consumer and community groups.
I personally like both Zillow and Yahoo Real Estate, because they list foreclosures (although they don't list address #s). After getting a sense of what foreclosures are available, you can have your realtor get you the exact address.
If you're looking for auctions, not bank-owned real estate, they're usually advertised in local county newspapers.
