Information we collect and how we use it

We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as our MLS search and subdivision information. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide – When you sign up for our Instant CMA. We require this information by Texas law. We cannot give out sold information without knowledge of who is requesting it. Any information collected will not be shared with others. .

• Cookies – When you visit HoustonHomesSource and sign in, we send one or more cookies, a small file containing a string of characters, to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser so that we can provide you with your personalized setting and data base. This prevents crossover of information sources to keep your messages and other personal setting private from other users.

• User communications – When you send email or other communications to HoustonHomesSource, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

• Links – HoustonHomesSource may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed.
